I specialize in supporting mothers through the emotional terrain of anxiety, depression, postpartum adjustments, life transitions, and relationship shifts. My integrative approach blends subconscious reprogramming for lasting mindset shifts with reality therapy, person-centered care, solution-focused strategies, and trauma-informed techniques. We’ll work together to understand your patterns, validate your experience, and create meaningful changes in how you think, feel, and live.
While my passion and expertise are in working with mothers, I also work with women in all seasons of life who are seeking clarity, self-trust, and confidence.

This evidence-based approach blends hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and cognitive behavioral techniques to uncover the root cause of your challenges, reframe limiting beliefs, and rewire your mind for healthier, more empowering patterns.
