About Me -
Natalie Paluch, MS, LLC
Hi, I’m Natalie — the therapist behind Mom Brain Therapy.
I’m a mom, a woman, and a therapist who knows firsthand that motherhood is both a heart-expanding gift and, at times, a complete identity earthquake.
I work with women (especially moms) who feel like they’ve lost themselves somewhere between diaper changes, school drop-offs, career shifts, and the endless mental load. My clients often tell me they feel guilty for wanting more, but also can’t ignore the voice inside saying “I miss me.”
Professionally — I’m a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also a certified hypnotherapist trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy. My approach is integrative and dynamic:
Subconscious reprogramming to create lasting mindset shifts
Reality therapy & solution-focused strategies for actionable change
Person-centered & trauma-informed care so you feel heard and safe
Personally — I’m someone who will laugh with you when you need it, sit in the heaviness when you have to, and gently push you toward the growth you’re craving. I believe therapy works best when it’s real, collaborative, and filled with both compassion and a little humor.
While my expertise is rooted in supporting mothers, I also work with women in all stages of life who are ready to reconnect with themselves, rediscover joy, and create lives that feel like theirs again.
When I’m not in sessions, you’ll find me at the lake every chance I get with my husband and our two girls — I love the water. I’m often traveling across states to visit family, usually stuck in the backseat on meltdown-prevention duty while passing out snacks. I feel my best spending time outdoors soaking up fresh air or cozied up on the couch, snuggling my family and savoring the quiet moments in between life’s chaos.
